a week agoI ate at the restaurant inside this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the filet mignon, but it had a strong, unpleasant smell and tasted spoiled. I immediately stopped eating it and informed our server. I wasn’t asking for anything in return . I simply wanted the restaurant to be aware of the problem. By that point, I had completely lost my appetite and couldn’t continue eating. Serving meat that smells and tastes spoiled is a serious concern. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and checks the freshness and proper storage of its food so this doesn’t happen to another customer.

a week agoWell located, could use some renovations for the rooms. The lounge is very small and the afternoon food and drinks are very limited there. Breakfast in the lounge is okay. Considering the lounge is for elite members of the Bonvoy program, their space, food and drink selection isn't up to par with other properties around the world. Not a bad experience overall.

a week agoLocation is perfect of if you are going to an event at Met Life Stadium. We stayed here for the Ed Sheeran Concert. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. Should definitely pre-pay because it's half the price. The French Toast was delicious. Only negative is the pillows. They weren't comfortable
