in the last weekOverpriced, noisy, and mostly rude staff (except Andre) The price for this hotel is very high, but the experience does not justify it. The hotel is extremely noisy - there is ongoing construction and the elevator is very noisy. It will not let you sleep. The only positive is Andre, who is the best. The rest of the staff are not doing any good; they are unprofessional and deal with customers in a very rude manner. I hope the others will learn from Andre.

in the last weekClean rooms, even if it is a little cramped. Can't say the same for the windows however, which were filthy. And the desk was falling apart. A little TLC would go a long way.
