in the last weekNo tuvieron lista una de las dos habitaciones, a las 11 pm aún no sabían donde estaba la llave de la segunda, me hicieron subir a ver si estaba en la habitación entregada y resultó que no, mandaron una llave que no era. Ya casi la media noche y sin poder acceder a la segunda habitación reservada y pagada. Pésimo servicio, que pena porque anteriormente no era así de malo el servicio de recepción.
