3 weeks agoThe staff were very kind and helped with the free check-in and luggage storage. Although it is located in an area with many homeless people, it was close to various tourist attractions such as Union Square. I think it would be a good place for a fit adult male to stay.

3 weeks agoI give 5 stars for the overall experience and the time that I had was great. The rooms are a 3 for size and because the AC was just a ceiling fan. I NEED AC. However, the building is over 100 years old, so we were very accepting of the fact that it lacked a couple of things. I thought the place was charming and for the price point I really have zero complaints. Staff/Service was excellent as they were accommodating and polite. The area is a little rough but that is out of the hotels control and quite frankly I'm pretty used to the area so it didn't bother me much. Would book again.
