Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz

Have stayed twice & enjoyed our time there. Fab views from room. Useful location right by TV Tower. Staff are professional, helpful & friendly. Has convenience shelves & fridges down by Reception but bit expensive. There is Netto Supermarket in Shopping centre across the square cheaper. Right close to Alex Restaurant and opposite Beast Restaurant, Train Station. Shopping Centre on Ground floor is bit odd but useful. Spa Massage was fab. There's a roof swing! We stayed on floor 31. Was sad to leave though I found the frosted glass of bathroom odd! Gave me more pillows I requested. Was a lovely stay.

Absolutely not a 4-star hotel!!! The booking stated a room with air conditioning, which unfortunately wasn't there!!! Fresh towels are only provided upon request at reception, and the rooms aren't cleaned automatically! The room was extremely dusty and separated from the bathroom only by a shower curtain! It's also very disappointing that there was no refrigerator in the room and that luggage storage on the day of departure costs extra!!! I would never book here again! Absolutely no recommendation 👎🏼

We arrived and were allowed to place our bags in a holding area until 3pm check-in, but, by 3pm the lobby was so full, because of a new system they had in place. We checked in and they gave us room 2937 which had a double bed when I requested two singles, so we went back to the reception and they rectified the situation and placed us in room 2037, from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we loved it. Easily accessible to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn and Alexanderplatz itself. No faults whatsoever!
