in the last weekSmelly, dirty, broken old windows, despiteful lady at front desk. Nothing here has ever been renovated, never felt so disgusted to touch anything in a hotel

in the last weekUnfortunately, our stay at the Marine’s Memorial Club & Hotel was disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms and toilets are surprisingly small and cramped. The food itself was generally good, but that was overshadowed by finding both a hair and a bug in our food. Even more disappointing was how our concerns were handled the following morning. Rather than feeling like our concerns were taken seriously, we felt singled out and essentially made into a visual example in front of others. We also experienced a blatant housekeeping oversight that created a potentially serious medical risk for someone in our group. That was by far the most concerning part of our stay and something that should never happen at a hotel. There were certainly some positives, including much of the food and the character of the property, but between the uncomfortable accommodations, cleanliness issues, and the way our concerns were handled, this was unfortunately not the experience we expected.

in the last weekExcellent! Great staff, great location, and though my king room was a little small it was great as well. That is to be expected in downtown City areas. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back next year.
