in the last weekStayed here while visiting San Francisco for the first time based on a recommendation of people who are familiar with the city. The gated parking is what sold me, however the parking garage is extremely small. It will run you $35 a day to park (7/1/2026). The hotel seems to be in a safe area, and the room we stayed in was clean and a decent size. My only complain would be the cost… the nightly rate was a little high all things considered. If I’m in the area again I WOULD PROBABLY stay again. I WOULD recommend this hotel to family and friends if they have a little extra money to spend.

in the last weekThe room was small, the bathroom smaller. No microwave, motel phone did not work. Air conditioner was broken. Have to put your dirty towels and trash out in the morning and still have to go get your own towels at the desk. Parking was a nightmare. Just don't stay here, trust me.

a week agoThe bathroom and dining room were far too small. Unfortunately, nothing was replenished towards the end of breakfast (yogurt). In my opinion, the cleaning staff should wear hairnets because there were a lot of black hairs on our white duvet. Furthermore, there was no soap or toilet paper, and the coffee filter hadn't been cleaned. The location is great.
