in the last weekThey use dynamic pricing and what I paid was not a good depiction of cost to value. They don’t even have a mini fridge in the room (that I was in at least)

in the last weekI stayed at the Sheraton for a conference from the 22nd of June to the 26th. I've previously stayed here in 2017. What a disappointment in terms of their customer service this time around. There was a mix up with room payment but the communication was totally lacking and an unwillingness from staff to help. Even when the correct details for payment were emailed they still managed to mess it up. At over $500 AUD a night it's actually appalling. The most expensive place I stayed in while In Canada and by far the worst customer services. Three stars because the rooms are large and the location is great. I'd give 1 for customer service and I'd not stay again. Such a difference from my experience in 2017.
