in the last weekWe booked a room for a single night stay 6 months ago. Arrived at the hotel at 2pm to be told our room was not ready and return at 3:30pm. Returned at 3:30 to be informed that due to 'unforeseen circumstances' they had no room for us despite the booking being confirmed 2 weeks before our travel. Yes they arranged a room at an alternative hotel a few blocks away, but dropped our 1 night only booking for a reason they were not prepared to give despite clearly having a policy of overlooking. Customer service at its worst!!
