in the last weekI booked a four-day vacation at this hotel, but my experience took a turn for the worse. The first unpleasant encounter occurred when my friend ordered drinks from the bar near the check-in area. A male staff member was initially helpful, but a female staff member interrupted him and insisted on assisting my friend herself. It seemed she didn’t want the male staff member to help or even talk to my friend. My friend asked if the female staff member could put her drinks in plastic cups, as she would have to carry two drinks to the fourth floor without a tray. However, the female staff member refused to provide plastic cups, stating that they only serve drinks in glass cups. The next day, my friend requested the same drink as the previous day, and the female staff member gave her a plastic cup. The third annoying incident involved repeatedly asking for housekeeping. I went downstairs the first time and asked, and they promised to be up in five to ten minutes. Thirty minutes passed, and I went downstairs again to ask. They said they would double-check with housekeeping and let me know in the next ten minutes. Another thirty minutes went by, so I called the front desk, but they answered and then hung up. Frustrated, I ended up cleaning my room the best I could because it was clear that no one else would do it. The final annoyance was the accommodation. I had booked for four days but ended up leaving on the third night. When I checked my invoice, it showed that I had checked out on the fourth night, which was not true. I called to inquire about getting reimbursed for the night I did not stay, but they refused, stating that guests are responsible for paying for their stays, regardless of whether they leave early or not. Given these experiences, I am unlikely to book this hotel again if I plan to visit Miami.

in the last weekI absolutely loved this hotel. Its location and transport connections are amazing. It's very well situated, and the service is excellent. We only used it to sleep because we spent the day visiting the city, but it was wonderful to arrive at night and have a drink on the terrace by the pool while admiring the beauty of the Freedom Tower and Skyview. Our stay was fantastic!
