We came earlier at around 12:10 and they said we could check in already (check in time is at 4pm) with no additional charge, it was a nice surprise. Swimming pool is very pretty, they provide towels, water and even sun lotion. Don’t forget to get your complimentary sangria from the restaurant (as we did), and you also get a complimentary access to a beach club at South Beach (we were not allowed to go after check out), so make sure you do go straight away! There is water in the lobby They charge you additional $38 for some sort of tax but I was told this prior to booking, so all was good! Bedding was amazing, very soft and fresh and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

a week agoI came here to celebrate my birthday getaway, but unfortunately my experience with customer service was very disappointing. When I went to request a towel, I watched the customer service representative by the gym, Jazz, provide one to another guest. However, when I asked for a towel myself, Jazz refused to give me one without offering any clear explanation. I felt singled out and unwelcome by the way the situation was handled. It wasn't until her manager stepped in that the issue was finally resolved. By that point, the experience had already left a negative impression, and I no longer wanted to use the amenities. This was especially disappointing since I came here to relax and celebrate my birthday. I hope this feedback helps improve the level of customer service for future guests. Every guest should be treated with the same level of respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
