2 weeks agoManagement was inflexible with a booking error made and claimed at the spot. I expected better customer service. The rooms are quite basic and the hospitality wasn’t there so I wouldn’t recommend if you expect that.

a month agoBeautiful stay, quiet area, clean and quiet rooms, very convenient online check-in and check-out service so no issues with arrival and departure times, excellent cleanliness and courtesy, and even an on-site bar that allowed us to enjoy excellent breakfasts and above all the best espresso in London, which I had been missing so much . We were also pleasantly surprised to find a very useful refrigerator in the room, something not mentioned in the room description so even more welcome and appreciated ☺️. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!
