Grand Hyatt Berlin

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Berlin, and I especially want to thank Dunya and Shima for their kindness, warmth and genuine hospitality. They were both incredibly attentive, friendly and professional, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. It is the small personal touches and sincere care that turn a good hotel experience into a memorable one — and DONYA and SHIMA did exactly that. Thank you both for making our time in Berlin even more special. Grand Hyatt is very lucky to have you!

Large and spacious room and a good location. However, the little extras that you expect in a hotel in this price range were missing. You could order fruit for the room, but we think that fruit on arrival would have created that extra luxurious feeling. The cleaning could also have been better, as all the dishes were not removed.
