Das lockere und moderne Ambiente gepaart mit witzigen und ländlichen Details (Ziegen-Video oder Gondelfahrt im Aufzug) lassen das Hotel in einem außergewöhnlichen Licht erscheinen und sich von den Standard Hotels abheben! Das überaus freundliche Personal lässt keine Wünsche übrig und steht bei Rückfragen zur Seite ! Das Konzept, daß die Zimmer on demand gereinigt werden ist nachhaltig und zeitgemäß! Alles in allem kann man das Cocoon Hotel Hauptbahnhof nur weiterempfehlen!

in the last weekWe stayed two nights in August. The location was central and close to the train station. The room was small. It could use some maintenance, as the walls were marked up from prior guests. No coffee machine (and they want to charge you for drip coffee from the lobby), no fridge, no microwave. We needed to ask for more towels. The worst part is there seems to be something sketchy with security. We had someone open our room door (with a key) TWICE while we were in the room, very late at night. I saw other reviews mentioned this. Feels like the hotel may have a part in stealing people’s items. We piled our luggage in from off the door, which deterred the second unwanted guest.
