in the last weekHad an epic trip last June, My girls and I are grateful to experience five star level of hospitality from Hilton Union Square staff in SF.. After a long journey from Manila, grateful for the upgrade from Miss Sherrie, and the assistance from Carlos.. Also grateful to Miss Stella Montanez of finance, she was very responsive and accommodating, and incredibly helpful in assisting us with our points in one of those nights.. Love the restaurant in the lobby. It's open 24/7.. and one of my favorite items is the breakfast burrito and reuben sandwich in Herb and Kitchen! Also, we loved all the comfortable seats in the lobby, as well as the additional security they have the whole day especially at night.. Cityscape Bar is a must! Especially during Sunset! Best drinks, and food with a view at Cityscape Sky Bar, 46 floors above San Francisco. Stunning 360° views of the city and such a beautiful way to end the day. I think this hotel, has the most strategic location.. Have made so many memories.. Can hardly wait for the next time I have a trip back in SF.. Will definitely stay at Hilton Union Square again to make the most of the whole experience. A special thank you to the wonderful staff for being so warm, responsive, and accommodating..Your kindness and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. ❤️
