in the last weekThe room was clean and I didn't see any bugs. The lobby service was friendly and excellent. The location is also great; it's close to Union Square and just one stop away from Moscone, so you can walk there in 10 minutes.

a week agoRagazzi non leggete certe recensioni cattive. Hotel in centro downtown… si è vero, la downtown è da evitare nelle ore notturne (dopo le 8:30pm tipo lol). Però… posizione comoda per andare ovunque e in mezzo ai grattacieli. Uber senza problemi a portata di click. Voglio dire… basta tornare direttamente in hotel la sera, tanto starete sempre in giro. Però i punti forti ora: camere ottime. Ma - cosa siete abituati? L’America è piena di moquette e vecchie stanze. Questa è tenuta bene. Letti comodi. Bagno ottimo. Pulite. Servizio in camera per pulizie. Asciugamani e accappatoi. Frigo, caffè. Tv. Aria condizionata. Personale gentile, disponibile. C’è anche la palestra e il distributore di acqua. Il prezzo? Neanche 40$ a notte. Boh dai cercate voi hotel migliore.

2 weeks agoOn our way to sf we booked the hotel and found out immediately literally same minute when we booked we found out that the day was the next day instead of day we arrived. Contact the hotel to see if we can switch it to the day of which we were planning on staying same day was unchangeable. So basically hotel double dipped the room which is unable to used from us and probably sold it to other people. Never again ill book this hotel and ill be spreading this to much people I could. Keep the money.
