a week agoI stayed at this hotel for the past three years, and I’ve always had great experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, today completely changed my opinion, and I don’t plan to return. There was a blond male employee, probably in his 30s, whose name I don’t know, who was extremely rude and aggressive. I had extended my reservation for one more night, and I knew I needed to come back to the front desk to check in again. I wasn’t feeling well and ended up being about 10 minutes late. Instead of speaking professionally, he called my hotel room, yelled at me to come down immediately to check in or check out, and then hung up on me. His tone was hostile, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. I understand that hotels have policies, and I wasn’t trying to ignore the rules. However, there is never an excuse to treat a guest with such disrespect. A polite conversation would have been more than enough. I’m very disappointed that someone with such poor customer service skills is representing this hotel. One unpleasant interaction was enough to ruin what had been three years of positive experiences.

2 weeks agoBeing a landlubber its hard coming to a city not knowing if the hotel will fit your needs even for a short period of time, man boy howdy am I glad I picked this hotel in San Francisco!!! It is in the heart of Union Square in SF, just steps away from the Powell BART station and the start of the cable car station as well!!! When I walked in it just had that aura that this is a special place to call "home". From the huge teddy bear in the lobby( that didn't have a name til I came up with Rufus that they loved!!!) I was greeted by Zina(with the million $ smile) and Daniel (with the clever wit). I introduced myself as Sean from Wyoming and if they saw the guy get flipped by the Bison in Yellowstone, we Wyomingites were not proud!! Just with our interactions made it a fun visit...everytime I entered the lobby either one made me feel like family and not just a hotel guest!!! The rooms are just that...nothing special but it got the job done!! I didn't interact with the bar but it looked nice..the lobby overall was welcoming and fun!!! Don't search anymore than Hotel Fusion, tell em Wyoming sent ya and make this your home away from home in SF!!!

2 weeks agoJuniper was very helpful! When we got to our first room there was a snag with the bed count. However, they were quick to fix the issue and help us out. We booked through Expedia so possibly an issue with that. There are reviews that mention an odd smell however I didn't notice anything of the sort.
