I stayed here when I went to San Fran for a work conference. The pictures on booking.com do not match the hotel itself. The bathroom was outdated and small. When I first arrived, both of the chairs in my room had gross stains on them. I’m shocked this is somehow rated 4 stars on booking.com. I should have read more Google reviews because it seems like many people had the same experience as me. I had to return home two days early due to a family emergency. I spoke with the staff member at the front desk the night before I had to leave. He assured me that I would be refunded for leaving early and all I had to do was send a message to booking.com. I messaged booking.com and they said they would reach out. Weeks passed and the hotel hadn’t responded. I had to chase them down for a response on my own account and they were not helpful at all. After over a month, they then claimed they had no record of me checking out. I’m going to have to issue a charge back with my credit card creating more work for me. Instead of acting like a proper business, they are being completely shady. I almost forgot to add after weeks of trying to get contact on booking.com, they messaged me saying I need to reach out to a manager at another email not through the booking.com app. It’s been weeks and I don’t have a response there either. Shady place, don’t waste your money here. 1.5 to 2 stars would be more accurate for this hotel.

the room was okay had no heater so it was a bit cold TV doesn’t work and the bed comforter isn’t a comforter it’s a blanket wrapped in bed sheets. When asking about the temperature of the room the front desk lady said she will bring us a portable heater radiator then came to our door with a blanket. The customer service was no good either we had no clue how to turn the shower on and when someone came up to show us after turning it on they looked at us as if we were idiots and the location isn’t good very noisy place at night with plenty homeless people around
