He reached out to me on social media saying he had found the card and wanted to send it back to me. The card arrived back to my house in London the other day. It was an incredibly kind gesture, the fact that he went completely out of his way to help me out was so nice of him. Can't recommend this hotel enough, they look after their customers to the highest degree.
