2 weeks agoUnfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to even set foot into the room that we booked. The woman at the front desk (~ 30s, brown hair, widows peak, ~ 5’3, wearing a long sleeve navy shirt, dark blue jeans, black shoes) was incredible rude and unhelpful. This was at 1PM on Friday 9/4/26. From the beginning, she talked down to my friend and I, treating us like children. A third party made a mistake with our reservation, changing it from 2 people to 1 person. She promised a 100% refund which we then wanted an email confirmation of. However, we had to sit and wait for almost 2 hours as she made personal calls about parking tickets she needed refunded. Additionally, while trying to simply help by providing our email address in written form, she suddenly became passive aggressive and quite hostile, saying that we should be beyond grateful that she is talking to us about this. We finally received an email confirming we would be receiving a refund after repeatedly asking (roughly 10 times). Something that could have taken 30 minutes maximum wasted 2 hours of our lives.

2 weeks agoThe front desk lady was one of the sweetest ladies I have met! She was younger and always had a smile on her face. She was sad she didn’t get to go to Pokémon Worlds so we brought her back a Ditto pin. The other employees were great as well! The room was nice. The location is a bit iffy because it’s right on the border of the Tenderloin. I don’t recommend traveling here alone, but this hotel is so nice and the vibes of everyone were spectacular. They have a communal kitchen, with a nice espresso machine. You can store your food here as long as you write your name and the date of your departure on it. They also have a ton of amenities. You can request laundry detergent, slippers, lotion, toothbrushes, fans, etc,… If you’re looking for a cheaper place to stay, I recommend this place!
