in the last weekWhile the location was perfect the hotel was getting to become a motel 6 with very expensive parking. Stayed in there king with a sofa sleeper and I used the sleeper and the mattress was so old the springs were felt. I asked if they could do something and a lot of lip service. The guys that parked our cars were more gracious to our needs So do yourselves a favor and book somewhere else Stayed there 10 day ago but this was only free time to complain.

in the last weekWhat a huge disappointment!!!! As a lifelong Marriott supporter, I expected so much more from this Marriott Vacation Club property. While the location was great, everything else fell short. Our tour was canceled, we paid an overpriced rate for a second room, the staff failed to provide basic complimentary items at check in, didn’t provide helpful information, and the complimentary coffee was terrible. This location has no kitchen, no microwave, so be prepared to eat out every day. To make matters worse, my children’s room had bugs. I reported the issue immediately, but no one followed up or responded. The customer service was equally disappointing. Managers Jonathon and Kevin continually passed the responsibility instead of resolving our concerns. Kevin refused to even acknowledge my family when he was out greeting guests. Even my children took notice to his behavior. I’m happy to say all the staff found us fun and enjoyable. The only employee who showed genuine customer care was Mindy, who apologized on our last night and provided the kind of customer service we should have received from the beginning. This was my children’s first trip to San Francisco, and it’s unfortunate that our hotel experience overshadowed part of our vacation. We made the best of it, but aside from the location, I found no selling points for this property. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here to NO one!
