The appetizers were exceptionally good, creative, and very tasty, and we were really looking forward to the main courses.
First, the positives:
I'd say this is probably the best Indian restaurant in the area.
The ambiance is really cozy, and everything is very well-maintained.
The meat was definitely extremely tender and of good quality.
However, the main courses were unfortunately very Germanized and not really authentically Indian.
The lamb chili, for example, wasn't spicy at all. The paneer cheese was too hard for my taste and had a strong, distinctive flavor that I'm not familiar with from India.
Apparently, one of the two main servers was sick, so the service that evening was extremely slow.
It happens, but it was a bit frustrating.
Overall, most people here will probably be very happy with the food and have a nice experience and a good time.
