It seems they no longer serve pizza, only two types of pinsa. However, the pizzas are still listed on the website.
Prices are high, but so are the ambiance and service. The quality is excellent, but the portions are rather small (except for the pinsa). The octopus (pictured) for €19.50 was excellent, but I devoured it in three bites.
We spontaneously decided to have a light meal in their outdoor seating area.
Bruschetta €8.90, Antipastino di Melanzane €15.50, and Pacceri Scampi Zucchini €19.90, plus two 0.4-liter spritzers for €10. The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive. When the drinks arrived, they were in relatively narrow glasses, which I believe were 0.3 liters. When we asked if they were 0.4 liters, we were told they were. There was no fill line on the glass, so we couldn't see if the amount was correct. However, according to German weights and measures law, this is required for a beverage like ours. Since I'm quite familiar with this establishment, I found it very odd. The restaurant should introduce glasses with fill lines to prevent any misunderstandings.
The portion sizes were rather modest, but the prices were quite high.
The Alster boys visited Biagio Salerno's Ristorante Risotto in Munich.
Of course, we sent our greetings from Hamburg.
The Risotto offers a wide variety of fantastic risottos. We naturally tried several – a wonderful temptation! The food is beautifully presented and tastes absolutely delicious.
Enjoy it with a chilled white wine or a good red.
The service is very refreshing and humorous; we immediately felt at home.
The Risotto is so popular that there are queues in the evenings, so making a reservation is a good idea. Especially since the restaurant is rather small and doesn't have a very large terrace.
Whenever we're in Munich, the Risotto is our little Italian home away from home.
Thank you, Biagio and team, for a fun-filled time in Munich and Bella Italia!
For our child's first day of school, we ate here as a family, sat in the sunny garden, and are absolutely thrilled!
The service was very attentive, with genuine smiles and a touch of humor, and they always kept an eye on our little princess.
The food and drinks, from the appetizer to the dessert, were delicious and beautifully presented, and we felt very welcome and comfortable as guests. It's clear that they cook and prepare everything with love and passion.
We often found either good food or good service in Munich... here you get both 🍀 We'll definitely be back and highly recommend the risotto 🏻🤩
