in the last weekThey won't refund your deposit. They say it takes 3-5 days to release your deposit, but in reality, you're losing $300.

in the last week1. Parking for $49, that’s a lot to ask for in such location where elsewhere similar hotels with parking included. 2. WiFi never worked in room, I was transferred to a tech support and spent 20 mins working on issues, they weren’t able to solve, front desk doesn’t seem to have a clue or even if they do, they didn’t care. Next morning, WiFi still not working. For a business hotel as such, this is bad and l’ve never encountered a bad WiFi service at this date and age, let alone at a busy business oriented city. 3. I was assigned to a room next to the elevator, the shaking noise come and go, not good for a good night. 4. I get it it’s a Holiday Inn, but few things can be improved for such a prime location hotel.
