in the last weekI had the most amazing stay at the Ritz. Right from the booking to the stay and the check out. I truly felt like I was a VIP. This was my first time staying at the Ritz or any Ritz and that too for a celebration getaway. The front staff and the doormen made the stay even more memorable. They were so courteous, the rooms were great, service was fabulous. I will definitely be coming back soon. I forgot the names of the staff that were very much exceptional. Will try to find their names and share there so that management can recognize them especially!
