in the last weekÉ um excelente hotel, com um ótimo custo benefício, localizado no centro de San Francisco. Ele fica literalmente ao lado de uma estação de metrô e de um ponto de ônibus, o que facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade. Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos, os quartos são limpos, organizados e com design bem moderno. Em cada andar, existe uma máquina onde podemos pegar água, é bastante prático e muito conveniente. Como ele fica localizado na região de Mid Market, bem pertinho do Tenderloin, a presença de pessoas em situação de rua é massiva, mas não há muito com o que se preocupar, os cuidados básicos de segurança que se tem em qualquer grande metrópole são suficientes. No momento do check-in, é cobrado um depósito no cartão de crédito, que é parcialmente estornado depois do check-in, importante ter isso em mente.

in the last weekOn the 1st and 3rd nights of our 3 night stay, the room power randomly went out in the evening around 7/8pm and then came back on around 2/3am. During these outages, were completely unable to use the lights nor change the bed setting during this time which was very inconvenient. The TV and one of the wall plugs was still working somehow. They did not have a maintenance person overnight so no one could take a look at it till morning. We reported the issue the morning after our first night. They had maintenance “fix” the issue, and during the 2nd night it was mostly fine except the power did again flicker off and on a few times but was only out for a few minutes each time. Still inconvenient but less so than the other nights. I wanted to like this hotel for tech forwardness, and convenient location, but after our consistent issues with room power, I do not plan to return to this or any Yotel location. I hope they are able to address this room power issue as that is table stakes for any hotel room. Edit: they also charged us for a bottle of room water that we didn’t even drink! They did at least refund it after I called.
