a week agoBad experience. I travel a lot and have checked in to multiple properties/hotels. This, by far, has been the worst. No AC (which they did not advertise) and SF was at the 80s when I landed. Then I asked them for another day extension which they did but asked me to check out of my unit at the last minute to move to another room as another guest is checking in. Packed my stuff while waiting for new room details and codes only to be told after 30 mins that I can stay in the original unit.

3 weeks agoWhen ever I visit san francisco I mostly book with kasa because its a good location and its nice to walk around the city. I like the elavator that they have, but I also like to take the stairs. Id recommend getting the bay windows 👌 ✨️.

3 weeks agoWe booked the hotel half a year ago and asked for a quiet room. Upon arrival we had a room on the street site (there are rooms on the other side). I am a light sleeper so I was waking up during the night because of the street sound. They don’t have a reception, only a WhatsApp where you can chat. They respond very quickly, but they were not able to give us a other room. It is a simple room but large space. It is basic but okay, you pay what you get. Also the lock wasn’t working on the door. So when we left the door stayed open and you had to press a number to lock it. The staff didn’t locked our door when they changed towels in the room. There is also no housekeeping. It is an okay stay to stay a few days, but I would not stay here a week or longer.

The hotel provided with everything you needed even a white noise machine and some earplugs to cancel out the traffic noise! shared kitchen was very clean and had everything you needed to cook for yourself and every guest seemed to respect any left overs in the fridge as well. The hotel is located perfectly where you can walk to many restaurants and public transportation
