a week agoTerrible hotel! Almost 400 dollars for two nights, yet there was no hot water when we arrived because they turn it off at night; parking is only available until midnight, so we had to park on the street; and the room view is just a wall. My own home is much better and more comfortable than this. A terrible experience. I wish I could cancel and go somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel.

a week agoLove, love love this hotel! I find it to be a perfect balance of style, comfort, and affordability. Just super Welcoming with a little touch of everything, a cozy outdoor front patio, cool ambient music, lovely coffee/eats in the morn. A super comforting, stylish vibe all around. And very well cared for. Love the cotton robes! Very nice staff. Just 3 blocks to van ness where you can get the golden gate bus to Marin. I found my little gem! Thank you NHH:)
