in the last weekAs a platinum elite member, I had a great experience and stay at this hotel. I was in town celebrating my wife’s birthday and the concierge team was nice enough to leave us some welcome chocolates, champagne, and a birthday card! They also upgraded our room to a junior suite with city view on a high floor, so we were very grateful! The rooms are very spacious and beds are very comfortable and luxurious (more so than most Marriott brand hotels I’ve stayed). We stayed during the weekend, so no concierge lounge access, but we did get to utilize the breakfast credits at the restaurant downstairs. Don’t forget to use your destination credit! The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping and checking out all the amazing things SF has to offer. While the fees might seem high, it’s commensurate with a high end hotel with service to match. Special shoutout to the front desk team and Kirk at checkout, who helped troubleshoot some of my folio charges. I was stressed to make sure my wife had a great experience and he made sure all of our expectations were met. Thank you Kirk and kudos to the GM for allowing staff to ensure guests truly have a memorable experience at the hotel. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here if you come to visit SF!

in the last weekGreat welcoming staff at the door, Fernando and Ghazi are very welcoming and super professional. The experience was bad at the reception. Very rude person behind the counter, not at the level of the Marriott brand. I prefer not mention the name of the employee. Very disappointed by my stay. I never write a negative review but in this situation, I couldn’t hold it. I will definitly not come back to this hotel.
