in the last weekDidn't make it past check-in. Both attendance refused to check me unless I took my ID out of the transparent case that allows you to see my name and information. Even after explaining that I'm an Ambassador member that has been using Marriott for over 10 years and this has never happened before. They still insisted and pushed, one with an attitude and the other soft tone. That rather cancel my room and cause me to rebook for the next 2 nights at a Hilton location instead.

in the last weekI tried to submit my review to Marriott and they told me it didn’t meet their guidelines so I wouldn’t trust all the good reviews you see on their site.. My room at this hotel was absolutely disgusting and dirty. I have high floor as a preference selected and I got a first floor handicap room right next to the stairs. It was extremely loud, dirty and quite literally falling apart. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the baseboards were cracked and falling off. The air vents were covered in black as well as the ceiling around them. The curtains were stained and the shower was so small, the bathtub faucet was separated from the wall about three inches. Everything about my room was so gross. Luckily I traveled for work and only stayed one night. Marriott only caters to its top tier brands and it shows. Every time I have to stay at a Marriott for work I am reminded why I always book Hilton for personal travel.

a week agoWifi is weak. Service is great, Jarrett and Brittany (sp?) know what they're doing. Demoted our room from 2 queens to 1 king with sofabed. Room 325 - Refrigerator was noisy all night. AC didn't work reliably.
