in the last week2026 update: Returned for one night for a concert. The rooms feel so dated. Our bathroom started to make a loud, high-pitched sound at 1AM. We were offered another room, thankfully, but having to pack up and relocate at 1:30AM is not a fun experience. ‐------‐-----‐---------- We chose the Courtyard for its proximity to the Prudential Center (where we had concert tickets). There is a bridge to enter the venue from the connected parking garage, which was great. Overall, the hotel is fine. Front desk was not friendly, but was efficient. The room was quite clean (which I appreciate). The AC unit is loud! One elevator was broken, which caused minor delays at times. And the parking situation is a bit strange (the scanners don't work, but an attendant is there to let you in/out). (Stayed July 2024)

in the last weekロビーサイドの、朝食担当スタッフの大きな女性が高圧的。

in the last weekTerrible experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The surrounding neighborhood also felt unsafe, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. We were lucky that we ended up here by accident and only stayed for a short time. Spending more than one day in this hotel would have been unbearable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are much better and safer options available.
