in the last weekVery disappointing experience and definitely below average standard. For a hotel with so many rooms and guests relying on airport transport, having a shuttle that fits only around 10 people and runs every 30 minutes is simply not enough. Once the shuttle was full, the hotel staff made no effort whatsoever to help guests find another way to reach the airport, despite the airport shuttle being one of the services the hotel advertises. The staff were generally unpleasant and unhelpful. Talking to guests seemed like an inconvenience to them, particularly towards people who had been placed in the hotel by the airline after their flights were overbooked. Cleanliness was also disappointing. Before we had even used the towels, one of them already had someone else’s hair on it. On top of that, the water from the taps had a very unpleasant mouldy/fungal smell. The only positive thing I can mention is that the bed was comfortable. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. The overall standard of cleanliness, service and hospitality was far below what I would expect from an airport hotel.

The hotel is noisy, the rooms smell like cheap cleaning solution, my bedsheets are stained and I am terrified if bedbugs now. Will never come back.
