in the last weekDo not book this place. Air conditioner wasn't working and the front desk did not care AT ALL. When I was checking in the lady even asked the manager if the the AC was working on the first floor and he said "yes" so clearly there was an issue already known. I asked for a partial refund, room relocation or anything and they told me to call customer service. I called and they hung up on me after being on hold for 5 minutes without talking to me.

a week agoWe booked this hotel for one night after reading very good reviews, but our experience with the hotel shuttle has been completely unacceptable. After arriving at the airport, we called the front desk multiple times. During the first call, we were told the shuttle would arrive at 10:30 after almost one hour of waiting. When it never came, we called again and were told they would contact the driver. Since then, our calls have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, we have watched shuttle after shuttle from other nearby hotels arrive, pick up their guests, and leave. We have now been waiting for well over 45 minutes. The most upsetting part is that my 84-year-old grandmother, who has significant mobility issues, has been forced to stand outside the airport for the duration of this delay because we were repeatedly assured the shuttle was “on its way.” Had we been given honest information, we would have made other arrangements instead of leaving her in this situation. Reliable airport transportation is not an optional luxury when a hotel advertises it as a service. Ignoring guests after repeatedly providing inaccurate information is unacceptable, and the complete lack of communication has been even more disappointing than the delay itself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope management takes this seriously. No guest—especially an elderly guest with mobility limitations—should be treated this way.
