in the last weekUpon arrival to the hotel the bathrooms weren’t well maintained… in the tub area there were dirt debris and toilet wouldn’t flush properly (you had to hold the handle down to get the toilet to flush all the way.) • The beds were a major problem I suffered severe back pain due to how uncomfortable the beds were. My friend and I are still trying to recover from the severe pain on our backs. I actually had to go to the hospital to get xray because the pain has started shooting up my back to my neck…. • Sheets/ Pillows: Felt very rough and cardboard they weren’t pleasant to sleep on at all . I only stayed 2 days at this hotel and I regret it unfortunately…. I would like a refund due to all these issues to make things right from a professional level and business level.
