a week agoThe room was fine, although a bit small for three people. But it was clean and comfortable. The location is good; I wouldn't say it's the best neighborhood in San Francisco, but we never felt unsafe. The staff was very polite and attentive.

a week agoAVOID AT ALL COSTS...unsanitary room. Housekeeping was nonexistent (bed not made, trash not emptied, no change of towels/toilets, bathroom not cleaned, window pane practically opaque due to the filth). As for breakfast: appalling, barely defrosted croissants and no other choice. The individual tables are tiny, uncomfortable cupboards. Complete lack of responsiveness and unfriendly staff. Such an establishment is not worthy of calling itself a hotel. A truly lamentable mediocrity.
