in the last weekThe room was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly. However, I was disappointed by the poor soundproofing, which caused us to wake up several times during the night. It felt like we were sleeping in the hallway. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. Despite what some reviews may suggest, the neighborhood is actually quite good and offers easy access to the city center.

in the last weekRooms were vary dull and the water pressure in the shower was bad. Also we could hear a lot from the outside and the other rooms. Not recommended unless you plan to explorer the city all day and return to the room just to sleep.

a week agoThe hostel is really nice; it has absolutely everything you need and is in a good, safe area. I highly recommend it. I recommend bringing earplugs. The only thing I would improve is the food storage in the refrigerator, as it's a bit of a mess.

a week agoIt's a budget-friendly option in San Francisco. Easy to get to and with a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby (with good food), you can easily walk to all the main tourist areas, but keep in mind that it's on a hill, so you might need a car on the way back. They can store your luggage, but the room was packed. At least it was safe for the few hours we left it. The room was on the first floor with a view of a wall, clean, spacious, and had a small bathroom. I requested a hairdryer, which luckily they had; you just had to leave your ID as a guarantee. In the kitchen, we used the refrigerator where you "mark" it, and at least it stayed put. However, it was horribly clean, although that's the fault of the other guests. At night, we heard some noise and people running around; remember, it's a 2-star hotel and more of a hostel than a hotel.
