in the last weekPositive point: Location, ideally halfway between the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Gate. Negative point: The hotel is in dire need of renovation, the elevators are slow and clearly undersized, the rooms are small, noisy, and poorly maintained (torn curtains), housekeeping/room service is only provided every three days (under the guise of environmental responsibility, but the prices keep rising), breakfast is minimal, etc. The reception staff's attitude varies depending on who you speak to; while we were very well received at check-in, when we asked why our room hadn't been cleaned or at check-out, the person was very cold.

a week ago1. The website states there's a refrigerator, but that's false; there isn't one in the room. 2. This is more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star. The mattress is worn on the right side, changing TV channels is slow, the shower water pressure is low, the indoor parking is difficult, and there's no space to park the car for check-in. 3. The reception service was very good, and the breakfast was good. 4. The location is excellent, which is probably why the hotel receives positive reviews.
